Sage Plaza

The Uptown neighborhood of Houston is home to the LEED Silver-certified Sage Plaza, a commercial skyscraper from the 1980s. In order to preserve this occupied facility in its current location, our team collaborated with Blackrock, CBRE, and PDR Architects on the building repositioning project.

TSX Broadway – Theatre & Hotel

A project like this has never been seen before. In order to make room for new entertainment, this ambitious reimagining involved demolishing an old hotel tower and constructing a new, five-star hotel tower. Additionally, a landmark theater was raised 31 feet into the air.

400 S Record

The 400 S Record The 17-story, 348,000-square-foot structure has undergone extensive restoration and repositioning, and now has a new, two-story lobby with glass walls and an outside
