Calder Gardens

Located in Museum Row on Ben Franklin Parkway, across from the Rodin Museum and the Barnes & Noble, Calder Gardens is a subterranean gallery set inside a four-acre garden.

TSX Broadway – Theatre & Hotel

A project like this has never been seen before. In order to make room for new entertainment, this ambitious reimagining involved demolishing an existing hotel tower and constructing a new, five-star hotel tower. It also involved raising a landmark theater 31 feet into the air.
