INNOVATION ENGINE
All employees can submit creative ideas through the STOBG Innovation Engine, which will assess them in light of our strategic goal. Selected ideas may then move forward to trial initiatives. From proof of concept to full deployment, submitters are encouraged to help develop and execute their ideas.
With an emphasis on finding scalable and replicable answers to project and business problems, improving client services, optimizing systems and procedures, and bringing about revolutionary change throughout the AEC sector, innovations can take the form of new technology or process enhancements.
