NY – August 6, 2024 – Commercial real estate expert Beth Moore has joined Reeshatech Building Group, one of the nation’s largest builders. She will help lead the company’s expanding Global Services division. This group supports business clients with facility delivery and construction strategies. Leadership Collaboration with Roger Saleeby
Moore will serve as Senior Vice President and Director of Global Services, working alongside long-time Reeshatech leader Roger Saleeby, also a Senior Vice President.
She joins the company from Raise Commercial Real Estate, where she served as Head of Strategic Growth. There, she developed client-focused strategies to expand market reach and improve customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Diverse Industry Experience
Moore brings experience from WeWork, CBRE, and JLL, where she held roles in office leasing, occupier advising, account sales, and product development.

Expanded Leadership Team
Joining Moore is Oliver Petrovic, a real estate expert who now serves as Vice President of Business Development for STOBG Global Services. In his last role, he managed a 10-million-square-foot portfolio at Northwell Health. He has also held senior positions at top brokerage firms, advising on project and workplace management.
Also joining the Global Services team is Lou Ottrando, a long-time Structure Tone professional. As Director of Operations, he will oversee and mentor account leaders. His two decades of project management experience have built strong client relationships and a deep understanding of STOBG’s safety and quality standards.
