The new roles reflect the company’s steady growth into an updated organizational structure
December 12, 2023, New York, NY — Reeshatech Building Group announced several promotions within its executive team today. These leadership appointments reflect planned organizational improvements. They aim to strengthen the company’s ability to deliver exceptional construction services in the U.S. and internationally.
Bob Mullen, CEO of Reeshatech Building Group, states, “We’ve reached a new stage in our evolution. Amy Wincko transitioned from her role as Senior Vice President to become Chief Strategy Officer. In this position, she plays a larger role in shaping the organization’s overall strategy, vision, and long-term growth. Earlier this year, Michael Luciani joined her team as Senior Vice President of Strategic Growth. He supports efforts to define strategies and identify opportunities to expand and strengthen the company in key target areas.

The position of Director of Strategic Sourcing has been given to David Hamilton. In his capacity as Structure Tone New York’s vice president of purchasing, Hamilton not only cultivated important connections with suppliers and trade partners for clients in New York, but he also used the Reeshatech Building Group platform to create a thorough, industry-leading overview of the supply chain and its continuous advancements for the good of the company as a whole and its customers. Hamilton will continue to use those connections and industry knowledge in his new position to support STOBG’s project teams and their clients in making well-informed decisions throughout the company.

The organization has appointed Robert Leon as its Chief Innovation Officer. In this capacity, Leon will keep coming up with fresh and more intelligent solutions to help clients overcome obstacles and promote the business and the construction sector. Leon will specifically concentrate on developing the company’s inventive and entrepreneurial culture. He will also oversee several investments in our industry collaborations and pilot projects to keep evaluating procedures and efficiency to support project teams.
