Date: April 22, 2024, Woodbridge, NJMichael Cortese is now a Senior Project Manager at Structure Tone New Jersey. With a focus on aviation, Mike has over 27 years of experience building large, intricate projects around the Greater New York City area. He has led multiple projects at Newark Liberty International Airport for customers like United, Delta, and SAS Airlines.
Mike will oversee project management for some of Structure Tone’s biggest and most intricate projects in his new position. Building and maintaining relationships with clients, overseeing employees on-site, and coaching and developing team members are some of his duties.
“Mike is a seasoned construction expert who brings unique solutions to his clients, partners, and project teams,” said Michael Farrell, regional vice president of Structure Tone. “We are excited to have his leadership and direction on our endeavors and look forward to further expanding into the aviation sector.”
Mike, a true Scarlet Knight, graduated from Rutgers University with a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering and an M.S. in Civil Engineering.
