March 11, 2024, San Antonio, Texas — In order to improve leadership and competence throughout Texas, construction management company Structure Tone Southwest has announced significant promotions in its San Antonio branch.
Michael Chavan now serves as Vice President of Business Development, while Ben Martin has taken on the role of Vice President of Operations. In their new positions, Chavan and Martin will jointly lead the San Antonio office, bringing their leadership and combined experience to drive the company’s growth in the region. Adopting a dynamic “two-in-the-box” leadership style, they will work closely together, utilizing their complementary abilities to maximize operational effectiveness and promote strategic expansion prospects.
