Dallas, TX (April 24, 2023) – Construction professional Cara Arnold has joined Structure Tone Southwest as the new Director of Business Development.
Arnold has worked in the real estate, energy, financial services, and healthcare sectors in the Texas market for more than 20 years. During that time, he has established trusting, C-level relationships and long-term cooperative partnerships. Her areas of expertise include directing technology transformation initiatives, creating marketing strategies from conception to implementation, and offering strategic solutions to increase operational and financial efficiencies.

Arnold, a design and business graduate of Baylor University, is active in the Highland Park Methodist Church, Girls, Inc., The Real Estate Council, and 4Word Advisory, a global organization for Christian women in the workplace run by women. Arnold also serves as a volunteer for First Tee Greater Dallas, a youth development group that uses golf to interact with children.
