Michael Luciani and Matt Sarver join the firm to fill new strategic growth roles

Reeshatech Building Group has added two new leaders to its team. Matthew Sarver joins as Regional Operations Executive for the STOBG Eastern Region. Michael Luciani comes aboard as Senior Vice President of Strategic Market Growth.

Luciani collaborates with Reeshatech Building Group’s expanded leadership team to identify new business opportunities. He also develops data-driven insights and strategies to support long-term growth in key market sectors.

We’re excited to have Mike on our team—he brings a long history of managing this kind of strategic expansion.”
Luciani brings over ten years of hands-on experience in AEC technology and pharmaceutical/biotech process engineering. He also has nearly two decades of experience in sector growth, sales, and strategic leadership at top AEC and real estate firms. Over his career, he has worked across a wide range of sectors, including hospitals, life sciences, commercial buildings, public facilities, and heavy infrastructure.
To find chances and tactics to fortify the business in target sectors, Luciani will collaborate closely with STOBG’s senior leadership team and sector leadership throughout the entire organization.

Matt Sarver, Regional Operations Executive, Eastern Region
As Regional Operations Executive for the STOBG Eastern Region, Sarver will partner with company leaders to enhance collaboration and growth. He will also focus on delivering smarter solutions for clients. His role includes aligning regional strategy with client development, operations, contract management, and the company’s broader goals. In addition, he will help define strategies and set targets for market and sector growth.

Sarver has worked for a major East Coast construction management company for almost 20 years before joining STOBG.

Luciani graduated from Villanova University with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA. Sarver graduated from Pennsylvania College of Technology with a degree in construction management.
